Violated Hero 5 announced + MGQ Paradox Update

January 24, 2014 by Dargoth 94 Comments

Like with VH4, Dieselmine is doing a fan submission and voting contest. Not much to see, but the link is here: http://dieselmine.com/fan5_oubo.htm

This probably puts VH5 at a June-July release unless they spend more time on it than they did with VH4. Hopefully they do…

In Monster Girl Quest news, Torotoro just updated his blog with 3 new monster designs and answers to some questions: http://b.dlsite.net/RG07939/archives/51700817.html

Not really much to see there either. Highlights include:
– Paradox will be in 3 parts like MGQ
– Most of the returning monsters from MGQ won’t get new scenes, except for main characters and fan favorites
– There will be tons of new monsters though
– There will also be a new game+ feature

Still absolutely nothing about story.

Lunch translation has been slow. About 25% done right now.

MGQ Delicious Lunch

January 11, 2014 by Dargoth 174 Comments

Due to how easy this is to translate and since I’m still in contact with other people regarding translation tools for other engines, I’m going to translate MGQ Delicious Lunch. Pure vore isn’t my favorite thing in the world, but it’s still enjoyable and won’t take much time.

I haven’t even finished playing VH4 yet so I don’t want to say I won’t translate it. However, I have no idea how many of these games Dieselmine is going to produce. If they keep making them as fast as I can translate, I’ll never do anything else…

MGQ Delicious Lunch is out!

December 24, 2013 by Dargoth 19 Comments

http://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ125876.html

Watch all your favorite Monster Girl Quest characters get eaten for 735 yen! This one’s in flash, unlike Breakfast which was in some horrible java novel applet monstrosity.

VH3 should be “finished” Christmas Eve. I’ll put out a release candidate, fix any errors people find, and then have a 1.0 version for New Years. I don’t intend on doing any more image editing for the game, which includes all the encyclopedia entries. I know some people like reading those, but they’re a huge pain in the ass. Sorry.

Violated Hero 3 English v0.76

November 17, 2013 by Dargoth 63 Comments

v0.76: https://mega.co.nz/#!mZIDEITJ!QWclVgpjse05CviIGhPz9lD9P90SCP8XC4kzTXITCo4
anon: https://anonfiles.com/file/8a3800f53113d4cee2dd10824beb785a

This adds Saria, the final of the 10 area bosses. Next up is Kohaku and all the final boss scenes. That’s about 14% of the script, with the remaining 10% being all trash mob battle lines.

In other news, Torotoro put up a few H-scenes from the upcoming MGQ Paradox RPG on the main site: http://mon110.sakura.ne.jp/mong/top.html Just click on the links marked NEW on the left frame. They’re all spoiler-free this time.

New Monster Girl Quest updates from Torotoro

September 21, 2013 by Dargoth 61 Comments

Torotoro updated his site today with more details on his next MGQ game.
http://b.dlsite.net/RG07939/
The previous update has some screenshots. Be warned that if you’re trying to avoid MGQ final chapter spoilers at all costs, you probably shouldn’t look at them.
A few new profiles were added to the MGQ site a few days ago as well. Again, might not want to click this if you’re trying to avoid spoilers. http://mon110.sakura.ne.jp/mong/d002.html

A simple introduction to my next project.
Please give me a lot more time to complete it.
The next game is an RPG.
The protagonist is … kind of a SPOILER. Highlight to reveal: Luka.
If you lose, you’ll be raped by exotic women.
H-scenes will all be femdom.
The battles will be fundamentally the same as MGQ, except this time you have party members. (How the hell is that remotely the same?)
You can easily rewatch ero scenes once you’ve seen them.
For people that don’t want to be bothered with the game, clear data will be included so you can see the ero scenes.
The degree of difficulty will be relatively simple, similar to DQ3-6 or FF4-6. It will be possible to raise the difficulty if you choose though.
Even if you’re bad at RPGs, you can easily steamroll fights if you level up. Skilled players will be able to use skills and abilities to progress through at low levels.
There will be very few riddles, and practically no puzzles in dungeons.
There will be no way to screw up your character from misallocating stat points or anything like that. Attributes will automatically go up when you level.
You can turn enemy monsters into your companions.
The system will resemble DQ5-6.
You will only be able to recruit one monster per type/species. It will not be possible to have multiple companions of the same type/species. (Not quite sure what he means by this. He probably means that you can’t have 2 of the exact same monster, but it could be read as limiting you to 1 harpy out of all the different types of harpies, etc.)
You can recruit any monster that you fight. Therefore there are going to be a huge number of possible companions.
There will be a base for your companions to wait at when not in your party. You can bring along 7 of them and swap members at the base whenever you’re there. It will also be possible to play with fewer, even alone if you dare.
Even though you can have a party of 8, only 4 fight at once. You’re free to swap between them outside of battle.
There will be various jobs that you can switch between. The job system will be extremely similar to DQ6-7.
By raising job levels, you can acquire skills and abilities.
For monsters you really like, you can repeatedly change their jobs and train them up.
If you raise your companion monster’s impression of you, they will reward you erotically.
There will be no monster fusion system or way to father children to add to your party.
There will be a monster conversation system like in the Shin Megami Tensei series. They will ask you questions and demand items and money. Depending on the results, it will change their opinion of you, they may give you presents, and it may become easier to recruit them.

If you didn’t already know, the game will be made in RPG Maker.

Monster Girl Quest 3 Release Date “announced”

May 16, 2013 by Dargoth 63 Comments

http://www.dlsite.com/maniax/announce/=/product_id/RJ115697

So according to Torotoro’s DLSite submission, the game is expected to be released in the first 10 days of June, although he hasn’t posted a blog about it or anything. Considering that’s less than a month away, I wouldn’t expect him to miss that estimate by much. We’re all but guaranteed to have the game in June, and possibly very early in June. Exciting times!

Follow-up to Monmusu Delicious

May 4, 2013 by Dargoth 28 Comments

It looks like tokinokogiri is planning a sequel to Monmusu Delicious after all. According to the survey  that came with the game (that I completely forgot to fill out), the most popular monsters are Kyoryu (wtf?), Succubus Witch, Scylla Maid, Beelzebubs (for a vore scene??), Cassandra, and the Canaan Sisters. It’s also going to be in Flash instead of the horrible Java novel junk he used for Breakfast. Just another thing to look forward to this year.

Eroico is out

May 2, 2013 by Dargoth 15 Comments

http://www.kyrieru.com/2013/05/eroico-finished.html

Male protagonist side-scrolling platformer with monster girls. It’s 5 bucks. Support one of the only non-Japanese people making H-games!

In other news, Rogue is going on another top secret spy mission for a bit, but I don’t think that’s going to impact our translation of Desire Dungeon. The end of the month still seems pretty reasonable. I’ll also be keeping tabs on Torotoro’s blog all month for news of the unannounced MGQ-related project he mentioned last week.

Updates and News

April 27, 2013 by Dargoth 25 Comments

First, in MGQ part 3 news, Torotoro updated his DLSite blog. I posted this elsewhere but may as well add it here.

“It seems I scared everyone more than I could have imagined. My apologies. From now on, my twitter will be private and used only for my friends, and don’t worry, the message board will be reopened when the final chapter is released.

I’ll answer the questions I’ve been receiving to the extent I can without spoilers.

Will there be H-scenes with the 4 heavenly knights in the final chapter? Yes.

Will there be H-scenes with adult Alice? Young Alice? Yes to both.

H-scenes with the four spirits? Yes. It was intentional that the first chapters of the game didn’t have any actual sex scenes with the spirits. You will have actual sex with them in the final chapter.

Is La Croix a woman? Definitely female. She may be somehow connected to a character you’ve already met…

Will there be an H-scene with the 5 arc-en-ciels seen at the end of the middle chapter? Each of the 5 has her own. There’s also one combined picture.

Are there any other monsters that will make a reappearance, whether battles or h-scenes? Other than Chrome who has already been revealed, there are other monsters that will challenge you for revenge. It should be something fun.

In addition, a MGQ-related project should be revealed in May. It’s not my announcement to make, but because it’s going to be really good, please look forward to it. Of course, the release of the final chapter isn’t far off either.”

In other news…

ROBF, which I mentioned in my last post, was just released. There’s a teaser video on DLSite if you want to take a look without downloading the demo.

RePure Aria is a nice Metroidvania game. You play as a male but you’re possessed by a woman. There’s sprite sex that’s mostly monster girl on male, but there are also full H-scenes involving your female transformations being sexed up by monsters too.

Kyieru has said he’s just about to finish his latest game, Eroico. It’s a side-scrolling platformer with a male lead and monster girls. It should be on sale in another week or two, although there’s a demo available from his site. If you never played Kurovadis, you should check it out, although it is a female protagonist game.

In translation news…

RogueTranslator and I have teamed up to finish the translation of Desire Dungeon that he began and let fall by the wayside a few months ago. It’s a fun little game and just happens to use the same engine as monster girl quest. I’ve mentioned it before here, I think. Expect that to be done around the end of next month.

Monster Girl Quest Delicious -Breakfast- Scenarios

April 18, 2013 by Dargoth 39 Comments

MGDB Scenarios v1.00.zip (26.1 MB)
https://mega.nz/#!6UJjzRgC!GrgwyiXy46yxhrJn39zIYJHkE40gCc0-im-Jg-wFZgg

All right, so it’s finished. As promised, I’ve converted tokinokogiri’s Monmusu Delicious scenarios into spin-off stories compatible with MGQ. The original release uses html and java applets which weren’t exactly compatible with English text formatting, plus by converting them I was able to add a lot of other things like music, sprites, and more backgrounds. Many of the sound effects were also changed, and the ones that weren’t changed were at least normalized to a consistent volume.

Keep in mind that this release is entirely vore. I didn’t quite know what that meant at first, but the author meant it very literally. There’s no real “sex” involved here, just people being eaten, including Luka, Sara, Cecil (from camel’s mod), the goblin girl, and the kitsune. If you don’t like vore, there’s nothing here for you, sorry.

To play, first copy all folders into the mod directory of your MGQ game.
Second, run monadd.exe from that directory, click all the check boxes for the scenarios, and click the 保存 button to save. Then run MGQ and select Spin-Off Stories from the Extras menu.

You should probably have the first two chapters combined, although it may work with either one of them.

As usual, please support the creators of content you enjoy! Toki has said that he intends to make more of these if this one sells well. It’s under $10 too!
